At the expiry of your client agreement, typically after five years of services, Australian Veteran Advocacy will provide you with following:

  • a summary of achievements

  • a summary of your current status with DVA, including any decided and pending claims

  • advice on potential future engagement with DVA for you to be mindful of in the forthcoming 10 years

  • return of all documentation gathered and prepared during Australian Veteran Advocacy representation, unless retention is required by law

At any stage you can request an interim provision of the above.
