Step Four - Ongoing support post Action Plan achievement

If you receive an offer for permanent impairment or disability compensation at any time during your contract period, we will issue an invoice at that time in line with your contract provisions.

Once all claims are finalised and the Action Plan has been achieved, Australian Veteran Advocacy will continue to check in with you until the expiry of the five year contract, being especially alert to any changing health circumstances that might require further DVA support.

If necessary, a whole new additional Action Plan will be created for implementation.

This ongoing support is provided regardless of whether the fee cap has already been reached.
