Interactions and engagement

The team endeavours to respond to all enquires within two business days.

Once your inquiry is received, we will provide you with a client information form that must be returned in order for your tailored Action Plan to be developed. Development of the tailored Action Plan will incur an upfront fee of $250, payable prior to any Action Plan development work commencing. An invoice for payment will be provided to you with the client information form.

 

If you elect to proceed and engage Australian Veteran Advocacy to enact your Action Plan on your behalf, the upfront fee is incorporated into your overall fee cap.

Please note that development of your Action Plan can take several weeks, depending on the complexity of your case, while execution of your Action Plan will commence within a month of engagement.
