Due to up-coming staff holidays over the Christmas period and the training demands of new staff, to avoid impacting our service levels we are currently focusing on the needs of existing clients and until mid-January only accepting urgent new enquires.

Australian Veteran Advocacy remains committed to providing support for your DVA matters, and all enquiries will be triaged by our intake team and responded to in preparation for usual operations to resume on Monday, 19 January 2026.
