Extensive policy and procedural changes by DVA in recent months, combined with ongoing growth in the number of supported veterans, have negatively impacted our service levels and we will be focusing on the needs of existing clients for the months of June and July to resolve back-logs and onboard additional resources.

​​​​Australian Veteran Advocacy remains committed to providing support for your DVA matters, and all enquiries will be triaged by our intake team and responded to in preparation for usual operations to resume on Monday, 3rd August 2026. Until then we are regrettably only able to progress with urgent new enquires.
